Hugh Davies is an experienced Police Station Representative, who is happy to receive instructions any time of day or night. He will deal with logging the case with the DSCC, so you don’t have to and will report to you as soon as he has finished at the Police Station. Hugh covers all of Devon and Cornwall.

Hugh is available to attend all Police Stations in Devon and Cornwall. He regularly attends Charles Cross, Crownhill, Exeter, Torquay, Newton Abbot and Newquay Police Stations.
Should the Police wish to conduct PACE interviews with your clients at HMP Exeter, HMP Dartmoor, or HMP Channings Wood, then Hugh is happy to receive instructions to attend these interviews on your behalf.
He is also available to attend interviews of Military Personnel at HMS Drake and Stonehouse Barracks in Plymouth.
In addition, if you require your clients to be represented at DWP, Council Tax/Housing Benefit interviews Hugh will be pleased to do so.
Hugh is happy to attend Counsel at the Crown Court, or in conference, including prison visits.
Always Available
Hugh will provide a telephone report as soon as he has finished at the Police Station. He will also email a report with invoice within 24 – 36 hours. A hard copy with papers will follow by first class post thereafter.
Hugh is available during normal office hours and most evenings/weekends. He can be contacted any time of day or night.
Hugh was accredited in 1997 and has a vast amount of experience in Criminal Litigation, dealing with the full spectrum of cases from Summary only matters to the most serious Indictable only offences.
